Mini Yogurt Tarts
  • 2” pre-made pastry tart shells
  • Vanilla Yogurt
  • Blue Berry Couilis (berry sauce sweetened with splenda)
  • Fresh, Seasonal Berries
  • Sweetened whipped Cream

For the Coulis: heat blueberries in a small saucepan, add Splenda to taste. Cook until slightly syrupy. Allow cooling slightly, then blending until smooth using a small processor or immersion blender. Cool completely.

Fill each tart with a small amount of berry sauce, then yogurt then fresh berries. Garnish each tart with more coulis, and whipped cream. Serve or hold under refrigeration.
