Our spirits are not fettered by weight, clothing, a house or economic status. Instead, by taking the time away from your hectic schedule to meditate and build your self-esteem, you can work on repairing the negative thoughts towards yourself that you have accepted for so long and lose weight with your mind and body finally at peace.
