(yield about 40 patties)
For the Burger:
- 2 lbs, Lean Ground Turkey
 - 2 tsp ground Coriander
 - 2 tsp ground Cumin
 - 2 tsp ground Ginger
 - 2 tsp curry powder (yellow)
 - 2 tsp ground black pepper
 - 4 gloves Fresh crushed garlic
 - 2 Tbl. Salt
 - 2 whole eggs
 - 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
 
4 doz. Slider buns
For the turkey Patty:
- Drain raw turkey meat of any blood or excess water.
 - Sanitize your hands, utensils and workspace before proceeding.
 - Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl and reserve.
 - Add the garlic and the eggs and gently mix into the meat. Add the dry spices and bead crumbs. Blend well.
 - Allow the mixture to rest for a few minutes and allow the breadcrumbs to absorb the moisture
 - Test the flavor by cooking a small patty in a skillet. Adjust as necessary.
 - Use a scoop suitable for the desired size of the patty (a #20 scoop/1.5 oz.) form small meatballs and place them on a parchment lined sheet pan leaving, then press them into patties. Refrigerate
